Exciting 2023 Panini Select Football Release Preview

The 2023 Panini Select Football set is generating buzz as it prepares for its highly anticipated launch this summer, just in time to kick off before NFL training camps for the 2024 season begin. This year’s edition promises to continue the tradition of excellence with its signature chromium-styled design and an extensive 500-card base set segmented into five unique levels, ranging from the common Concourse to the elusive Field Level.

Boasting a diverse range of cards, the base set starts with the Concourse Level featuring cards #1 – 100, providing collectors with the most prevalent finds. On the other end of the rarity spectrum lies the Field Level, showcasing cards #401 – 500, offering collectors a chance to secure some of the most sought-after gems in the set. Additionally, collectors can look forward to hunting for special parallels such as the Zebra and Disco parallels, as well as the limited Tie-Dye parallels, adding depth and excitement to the collection.

One of the most anticipated features making a return in this year’s release is the XRC Mystery Redemption program. This program gives collectors the exciting opportunity to obtain some of the earliest licensed rookie cards from the upcoming 2024 NFL Draft class. These coveted XRC cards will come in Silver Prizm variations, low-numbered variants, and even feature autographs, making them highly desirable additions to any collection.

Adding to the allure of the 2023 Panini Select Football set are the Autographs and Memorabilia cards. Collectors can expect to find Jumbo Rookie Signature Swatches and Prime Selections Prizm Signatures Tie-Dye autograph memorabilia cards in this year’s release. In addition, the set will showcase autographs from legendary players in the Spectra Hall of Fame Signatures Prizm series, offering a glimpse into the rich history of the sport.

The collection will also reintroduce popular inserts such as Starcade, Color Wheel, and Select Anniversary, complementing the overall aesthetic of the set and providing collectors with a diverse array of cards to chase after.

For collectors opting for the Hobby Box configuration, each box will contain 5 cards per pack, 12 packs per box, and 12 boxes per case. The expected box contents include 2 autographs, 1 memorabilia card, 15 Prizm parallels, 6 inserts, and 2 Field Level base cards, offering a well-rounded selection of high-value cards to discover.

With each hobby box priced at $450, collectors can anticipate a comprehensive package of premium cards that promise excitement and value. As the release date for the 2023 Panini Select Football set draws near, collectors and NFL enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to capture iconic moments and celebrate the top athletes of the upcoming NFL season.
